Our Japanese-style spa bed offers soothing warm waterfall therapy, enhancing our other rejuvenating treatments. With years of experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, I am deeply committed to your well-being. Having personally overcome severe plaque psoriasis, I understand the importance of attentive care and am here to support you on your journey. We include a rough dry as part of every spa service to ensure you don’t leave with dripping wet hair, but we do not offer a full blow dry. 2. Is this service pregnancy safe? As long as you are able to lie on your back for the duration of your service, yes. All products used are pregnancy safe. 3. Can you work on clients with braids and/or dreadlocks? Due to the nature of our treatment and the tools used, it is best suited for hair that is all down and can be brushed through. If you have braids or dreadlocks, we recommend undoing them before your appointment to ensure the best and most enjoyable experience. 4. Can you work on clients with hair extensions? Due to the nature of our treatment and the tools used, we are unable to work with any kind of hair extensions. Our services are designed for natural hair only. 5. How do I prepare for my appointment? We recommend wearing comfy clothes, as this is a spa day! Please come with clean, dry, and detangled hair. I recommend washing your hair one to two days prior to your appointment. 6. Do you offer gift cards? We do offer electronic and hard copy gift cards! E-gift cards are located at the bottom of the website homepage for purchase. Click the ‘Spa 87’ at the top of any website page to view the homepage. Please contact us directly to purchase a hard copy gift certificate. 7. Can you accommodate more than one client at a time? Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate one client at a time.

Cancellation Policy

I understand life happens! To make a cancellation less than 24 hours of your appointment please reach out to me directly. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service rate. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service rate. -After second cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, a 100% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking for any further appointments.
